Sciviz
Sciviz is a 3D scientific
visualization system, developed upon VTK and ITK. It has the following
features:
- Cross-platform (Unix/Linux, Windows, MacOS)
- Stereo rendering (both passive and active stereo)
- Supports many data file formats (VTK, Dicom, STL,
3DS, HDF, PDB, Bruker, etc)
- Friendly GUI plus adjustable GUI layout
- Interactive visualization, exploration, and
segmentation of 3D volume data

Max3D is a visualization
software for Displaying 3D reciprocal volumes. It is jointly developed
by RHPCS and Dept of Chemistry.
